For all who want to improve their singing voices, "Singing 101 for Worship" will be a Saturday morning well-invested! The class will focus on two areas: a discussion of basic vocal technique (e.g. breath support, projection, vocal range, volume, diction) and, give practical solutions to common problems facing worship leaders and singers.

The approach will be very "hands on" as opposed to a strict lecture format. Class participants will experiment with various technical exercises, learn from demonstrations, and have the opportunity to address their specific needs during a question and answer portion.

Choir members and worship leaders, you will learn so much in such a short time. Among other things, you will learn how to help your voice endure those long rehearsals or worship presentations--and still have a voice left!

Parents, what a great event for you to learn how to better instruct your children to sing properly (unless you are prepping them to be on American Idol).
